Important: Thuraya does not offer global coverage so please ensure that the region you wish to use the network in is available on the coverage map which you can find in the images
You will be unable: to use any Thuraya equipment including handsets and/or airtime to connect to the network when outside of the Thuraya satellite footprint area. This includes North and South America.
The SatSleeve Hotspot's stand creates a portable satellite Wi-Fi hotspot, giving you satellite connectivity without physically docking your smartphone to a unit, and freedom to move indoors. You can leave the stand outside, stay indoors or in your vehicle, and use your smartphone in satellite mode inside. The SatSleeve Hotspot is the smallest, lightest, and most capable in the industry.
It also comes with an additional safety feature - a programmable SOS button that works even if your smartphone isn't connected. This convenient function allows you to call a predefined number of your choice.

SOS Button: The SatSleeve+ and SatSleeve Hotspot both come with a programmable SOS call button that works even if your smartphone isn't connected. The SOS button will make an outgoing call to a predefined number of your choice.

SIM Card Airtime Information:
A premium rate is charged to territories outside of Nova countries. SIM cards are valid for 12 months and can be extended by adding pre-paid airtime vouchers. View our website for information on NOVA countries.
Calls made within the Thuraya NOVA zone are charged at 0.90 units per minute to a landline or mobile number and calls made outside the NOVA zone are charged at 1.85 units per minute. Calls made to other satellite networks are charged at up to 10 units per minute.
SIM card will be sent inactive. Please contact OSC to activate your SIM upon receipt of your order. Validity will start from the point of activation.
This SIM contains 10 units of airtime. Upon activation of your SIM a PIN will be provided to add the remaining units advertised. Calls made within the Thuraya NOVA zone are charged at 0.90 units per minute to a landline or mobile number. Calls made outside the NOVA zone are charged at 1.85 units per minute. Additional credit can be added to this SIM at any time.

First call must be made within 12 months, SIM is deactivated if the first call is not made within 365 days from the date of activation.
The Thuraya NOVA SIM has an initial validity of one (1) years from first call.
Renewal Fee: .00 (For 1 years.  10 Units deducted automatically from balance on renewal date)
If the account balance is below at the renewal time, the account enters the 90-day grace period (Incoming calls are still possible).
If the account is refilled within the grace period, the existing balance will be restored.
If account is not refilled within the grace period, it will be deactivated and the number will be lost.
Terms & Conditions: Standard SIM
First call must be made within 6 months, SIM is deactivated if the first call is not made within 180 days from the date of activation.
Thuraya PREPAY plan has a validity of one year from first call.
Annual Renewal Fee: .00 (39 Units deducted automatically from balance on renewal date)
Annual renewal fee is waived for heavy users (over 00 of satellite calls per year).
Upon expiry, account balance is reset to zero and the account enters the 90-day grace period (Incoming calls are still possible).
If account is not refilled within the grace period, it will be deactivated and the number will be lost.
