    1. Reach out to us via Ebay Messenger to activate your SIM Card.
    2. Once activation is complete, we will send you a confirmation.
    3. Insert your T-mobile SIM in your unlocked GSM Phone.
    BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING:
    First thing to do is REBOOT. Turn your phone off, remove the SIM Card, re-insert the SIM and turn the phone back on.
    If you're having data connection issues, after reboot, please check and update Access Point Name (APN) to:
    APN: fast.t-mobile.com
    If issues persist, please contact us via Ebay Messenger.
